                                 Most of us in our daily life experience stress.Stress actually makes most of the individuals very weak.we experience stress in our daily life,in our work place,in our personal life,in our commitments.&lt;br /&gt;This is the pose most of us would feel is very familiar.Everyone in their life would have certain moments during which they totally feel low.Even i have been in such dejected poses most of the time when i lose,when i feel lonely,when i feel that  i am not able to do what i wish,and for many other reasons.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;&lt;br /&gt;THE REASONS FOR BEING IN A STRESSED STATE&lt;br /&gt;   &lt;span style="font-size:85%;"&gt;INTRODUCTION&lt;/span&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/span&gt;              There are so many reasons for which human beings get dejected and are in a stressful state.This word comes in everyones life even before we realize who we are.I used to shiver if i see my 4th class maths teacher "Mr.Nazeer Ahamed".I really do not understand why i went and said my mother that i want to quit schooling if he s going to take maths for me.I used to stagger in front of him.But may be thats the reason why i developed some interest in maths just to do all my home works in time and in turn escape from his punishments.This was my experience about stress in my early days.I have had so many other severe experiences that has aggravated my stress.But before that we will just sort out reasons of stress in a general environment.&lt;br /&gt;
