MY VIEWS ABOUT STRESS

WHAT IS STRESS
Most of us in our daily life experience stress.Stress actually makes most of the individuals very weak.we experience stress in our daily life,in our work place,in our personal life,in our commitments.
This is the pose most of us would feel is very familiar.Everyone in their life would have certain moments during which they totally feel low.Even i have been in such dejected poses most of the time when i lose,when i feel lonely,when i feel that i am not able to do what i wish,and for many other reasons.

THE REASONS FOR BEING IN A STRESSED STATE
INTRODUCTION
There are so many reasons for which human beings get dejected and are in a stressful state.This word comes in everyones life even before we realize who we are.I used to shiver if i see my 4th class maths teacher "Mr.Nazeer Ahamed".I really do not understand why i went and said my mother that i want to quit schooling if he s going to take maths for me.I used to stagger in front of him.But may be thats the reason why i developed some interest in maths just to do all my home works in time and in turn escape from his punishments.This was my experience about stress in my early days.I have had so many other severe experiences that has aggravated my stress.But before that we will just sort out reasons of stress in a general environment.

STRESS AT YOUR WORK PLACE
Many of us would accept that workplace is a stressful place.Though we have to enjoy working,most of them never are in a great state.The main reason for stress in a workplace is betrayal of an employee by his higher official.Many of them work very hard for the improvement of their status in a firm,and they in turn expect so many things in response.If for example a project is given to an employee,he tries to finish that before the committed time.Also he tries to do that efficiently.And finally he succeeds in finishing the project.And now its the turn for him to get the reward and this is were he gets stressed.He justs expects the result soon and so he he never has time to realize that the results are not riped soon after the seeds are soon.
